The parcels train is stuck in a snowdrift and the mail van has skidded off the road. Time for Santa to come to the rescue!
Santa's HQ North Pole.
It's almost Christmas in Santa Land and the workshops are very busy producing all the Christmas gifts. The young reindeer have been brought down from the slopes and taught the ropes on how to pull sleighs. Whereas the older reindeer try to get back into sleigh pulling condition after their lazy summer days of eating and putting on a lot of weight. The elves are busy building the toys and the workshop is back in full production. Santa is back and recovered from his summer holiday in Ibiza and organising the operations.
During the summer break the Santa Express train was all cleaned and polished and its wagons are now starting to be filled with toys ready for distributions to centres across the world ready for Santa to pick-up and deliver on Christmas Eve. This year he has special deliveries in Market Deeping to all the members of the Market Deeping Model Railway Club. Only if they have been good and not gone off the rails.
