Our Charitable Aims
As a registered charity we strive to :-
- advance public education through workshops, open sessions and youth projects
- foster an understanding of the skills, heritage and development of model railways
- develop a high standard of modelling by members of the club.
How You Can Support Us
There are a number of ways in which you can support us and our charitable aims
Easy Fund Raising
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for Market Deeping Model Railway Club with easyfundraising?
There are over 4,000 shops and sites on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.

Financial Donations
Financial donations are always welcome either for general day to day working of the club or for special projects. If you are a UK tax payer, please do consider if you could Gift Aid your donation as this helps us to raise an additional 25p for every £1 donated at no cost to you.

Special Projects
Following our move to new premises, we would very much like to install a lift to provide disabled access for both members and visitors. It would also allow for easier and safer movement of layouts.The cost of this is likely to be in the region of £20,000
